Everyone knows what happens after Guinevere becomes Arthur’s queen, but San Souci bring young Guinevere to life with the assistance of Henterly’s rich illustrations. Readers are taken back to medieval England and are re-introduced to Guinevere in a new, and interesting, way. * Distinctive Crafting: The beginning of the book has a traditional storybook feel. The choice of colors, font, and page/text borders also contributes to the medieval setting. The illustrations are drawn in a way that they appear to be drawn by an artist from that era versus one from the present; contributing to the authentic feel of the book.
